The Site is controlled, operated and administered by SIFCO from its offices in the United States of America. SIFCO makes no representation that the Site or the Materials are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to the Site or the Materials from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You shall not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of United States export laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site and the Materials. SIFCO reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Site and the Materials, without your prior permission if SIFCO has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to 1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; 2) protect and defend the rights or property of SIFCO or its affiliated companies; 3) enforce these Terms and Conditions; 4) protect the interests of its members or others; or 5) comply with conditions outlined in the SIFCO Privacy Statement.

The performance of SIFCO under these Terms and Conditions is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained herein is in derogation of the right of SIFCO to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by SIFCO with respect to such use. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in effect. PRIVACY POLICY
SIFCO is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet and is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a safe online experience. When you browse the Site, you do so anonymously. You can visit SIFCOASC.COM without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when SIFCO may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name and address.
